ChipsWIN Launch Event

The Launch Event of ChipsWIN will be held on the 9th of December 2025, starting from 4 pm at the "Cercle du Lac" in Louvain-la-Neuve.
ChipsWIN, the Chips Wallonia Innovation Network, is a new competence centre dedicated to strengthening the semiconductor and microsystem integration ecosystem in Wallonia and beyond. For this purpose, ChipsWIN is launching a series of services aimed at helping companies face the sector's challenges and be successful in addressing its markets. The service offering includes:
- specialized training programs aligned with technological and workforce development needs,
- technical support and expert guidance for the R&D challenges,
- collective actions and shared initiatives to pool resources and address common bottlenecks,
- facilitated connections across the value chain to reduce fragmentation and increase collaboration,
- a strong channel to public authorities and investors to voice industry needs and improve strategic visibility at regional and European level.
During this event, you will discover the proposed roadmap of activities, provide feedback, and meet your peers of the semiconductor and electronics sectors. The ChipsWIN partners consider your participation and inputs essential to shape a program that truly meets our industry's needs.
ChipsWIN was initiated by UCLouvain, Imagine Microelectronics and IGNITY, with the support of the European Union (Chips JU) and Wallonia (Service public de Wallonie), and ambitions to start addressing the current fragmentation of our regional semiconductor value chain with this first event.
