ChipsNL is the Dutch Chips Competence Centre, driving innovation, collaboration, and growth in semiconductors while connecting the Netherlands to Europes wider ecosystem.
The ChipNL Competence Centre (CCCNL) is the national hub for the Dutch semiconductor industry under the European Chips Act. It empowers startups, scale-ups, and SMEs by providing access to expertise, talent, funding, and European pilot lines, while also opening doors to international markets and partnerships. CCCNL brings together stakeholders across the supply chain to foster collaboration and strengthen key technology domains, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chip design (analog/RF, digital, photonics), integrated photonics, heterogeneous integration and packaging, and quantum technologies. By linking the Dutch ecosystem with Europes semiconductor infrastructure, ChipsNL enhances innovation, resilience, and global visibility for the sector.
