EVENT DETAILS

Xecs is an Eureka Cluster specifically designed to accelerate the pace of sustainable industrial innovation in the Electronics Components & Systems (ECS) community. Xecs intends to create an ambitious international collaboration programme. The resulting RD&I projects will generate high societal and economic impact for all those who participate in an Xecs project.

Xecs Call 6 opens on 2nd of June 2026, and will be supported by the Xecs Matchmaking Event in Vienna on 6-7 October 2026.

Whats in it for participants?

  • POSTER SESSION: present your project idea on a poster and exchange with participants. Poster applications must be submitted in the AENEAS Event Platform by 22 September 2026. Please use the templates available in the tool.
  • PITCH SESSION: pitch in 5 minutes your Xecs project ideas or discover new ideas in the plenary. Pitch applications must be submitted to the AENEAS Event Platform, using the templates available, by 22 September 2026! Posters are mandatory for the participants who will pitch.
  • SME EXPERTISE PITCH: a unique opportunity to introduce the expertise of your SME during 5-minutes . Pitch applications should also be submitted in the AENEAS Event Platform by 22 September 2026. This opportunity is reserved for AENEAS members only. Please consider applying for a free membership if you are not an AENEAS member yet.

Participation to the event is free of charge, registration is required.
