
MICRO NANO & CHIPS TECH is a well-established conference series that brings together researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students working in micro- and nanoelectronics, nanotechnology, and MEMS-related fields. The event provides an excellent forum for the presentation of recent scientific and technological advances, as well as for the development of collaborations between academia, research organizations, and industry.
This annual conference is organized by the Micro & Nano Scientific Society of Greece. The 2026 conference is supported by the Hellenic Chips Competence Center and is intended to include opportunities for industrial visibility and interaction, including an industrial session, exhibition activities, and networking with researchers, young scientists, and emerging talent.
This years Conference will be held in Athens and is co-organized by the University of West Attica (UniWA) and National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). The technical part of the Conference will span over three days including plenary and invited talks, oral and poster presentations as well special sessions for the industry.
